We recently listed the home of my Mother-In-Law, and we were selling in anticipation of her moving into assisted living. We had known of Annie and her reputation in the community but to experience her as a professional realtor was fantastic. When dealing with an elderly person and entering into a process as complex as selling property, there are many factors that need to be considered so a full understanding of the task can be communicated. We had the good fortune to have Annie Van Peter as our realtor as we relocated from Northern California to Temecula. About two months prior to our home selling in NorCal, Annie spent a full day with us looking at current homes for sale in Temecula and Murrieta so she could get an idea of our needs and styles.
